The Conventional Loop
Long warehouse storage and multiple middlemen deplete the grains of natural trace minerals. Farmers receive minimal returns, while consumers get stale, blended products.
Farmer Parity
By bypassing mandis and setting up direct milling units in Almora, we keep value within the hills, ensuring local women cooperatives receive above-market wages.
Locked-in Terroir
Rain-fed grains grown via traditional cycles are milled in stone wheels, packed into compostable bags, and shipped direct. No blending, no chemical polishing.
