Demo Application Notice
This is a simulated D2C storefront created solely for portfolio demonstration and user authentication testing. The legal clauses and details below represent a dummy template configured to fulfill Google OAuth verification guidelines. No real payments are processed, no physical transactions are completed, and no shipping actually takes place.
1. Shipping Options & Rates
We simulate shipping to all pin codes across India. Our standard delivery shipping charge is ₹50.
Free Shipping: We are pleased to offer Free Shipping for all simulated orders above ₹500.
2. Processing Time
All simulated orders are processed and packed at our rural food-processing clusters in Uttarakhand.
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days from receipt of payment. Orders are not shipped or delivered on public holidays.
3. Delivery Estimates
Once shipped, standard delivery times vary by destination:
- Within Uttarakhand / Delhi NCR: 2-3 business days.
- Metro Cities (Mumbai, Bengaluru, Kolkata, Chennai): 4-5 business days.
- Rest of India: 5-7 business days.
Please note that delivery delays can occasionally occur due to unforeseen conditions such as extreme weather or logistics disruptions.
4. Tracking Your Order
You will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) once your order has been handed over to our courier partner. You can also view your order status directly from your User Dashboard.
5. Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, please take clear photos of the packaging and contents and contact us at support@maybesurya.dev. We will issue a replacement or refund immediately.
